Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering (Preferred)
• Active student enrolled in accredited college/university program
• Interest in process improvement, Lean, or performance improvement initiatives

Responsibilities

• Assist with process analysis and workflow optimization
• Support data collection, analysis and presentation of improvement findings
• Contribute to ongoing improvement projects to enhance efficiency, quality and service delivery
• Collaborate with leaders and team members in a healthcare setting
