Uses data-driven methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement tools to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, monitor outcomes, and ensure the sustainability of improvements.Support process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement.Collect and analyze data to measure process performance, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of changes.Work closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.Provide training and coaching on process improvement tools and methodologies to staff and teams.Monitor the success of implemented process changes, ensuring sustainability and identifying further areas for improvement.Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate process improvement findings, outcomes, and recommendations to senior management.EducationBLD - Bachelor's Level Degree preferredCertification/LicensureLean six Sigma certification PreferredExperience3 years experience in process improvement or healthcare management5 years of related experience can be considered in lieu of a bachelors degree.We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $88,899.20 - $132,620.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
