Working closely with experienced leaders and team members, the intern will assist with process analysis, workflow optimization, data collection, and improvement projects that enhance efficiency, quality, and service delivery.This role is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field who is interested in applying Lean, process improvement, data analysis, and problem-solving skills within a dynamic healthcare environment. The base pay range for full-time employment is $19.70 - $19.70 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
