Champion the integration of technology, innovation, and sustainability in facility design and construction.
Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and infrastructure management for corporate and corporate clinical sites. Ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing physical environment across all locations. Lead initiatives for energy management, operational efficiencies and environmental stewardship.
Develop and manage multimillion-dollar capital and operating budgets for facilities and construction programs. Optimize capital utilization and lifecycle management of physical assets. Oversight for vendor management, contract considerations, and procure to pay for all divisional projects. Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams in facilities management, design, construction and sustainability. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $329,201.60 - $365,310.40 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
