Job summary

Logic20/20 is seeking a Process Engineer / Change Management professional to lead process analysis, mapping, and optimization across client engagements in a collaborative, solution-focused environment.

You will develop change management plans, engage stakeholders, and monitor initiative effectiveness while guiding business readiness and continuity planning. This role emphasizes independent work and teamwork within a dynamic consulting setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant project management experience with clients (change impact, vision/value, leadership engagement, organization alignment)
• Experience with Grid Operations Operational Technology (DERMS, ADMS, AMI, etc)
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex projects and initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple workstreams on change projects for new tech/processes or organizational strategy
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
• Experience with change management frameworks and tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth process analysis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and procedures.
• Design and implement optimization strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
• Facilitate change management initiatives and workshops.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment.
