Job summary

BestLogic Staffing is seeking an Engineering Change Specialist to support engineering change management, product configuration, and implementation activities for a high-tech manufacturing organization.

The role requires experience in engineering change management, BOMs, drawings, and manufacturing processes, with strong cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Procurement. Proficiency in ERP/MRP and PLM systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering change management and documentation control.
• Familiarity with BOMs, drawings, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional reviews and approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the engineering change management process (ECN workflows, governance).
• Validate and process change requests with complete documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional reviews with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain and Procurement.
