Job summary

Oscar is hiring a Process Management Associate for its Network Operations Team in New York City. The role focuses on creating, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, identifying improvements, and implementing efficient strategies.

You will report to the Director of Process Improvement and work with Technology, Product, and Engineering teams. The role requires a detail-oriented, analytical candidate with 3+ years in process management and experience with Lean Six Sigma or BPMN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in process management or process improvement.
• 2+ years using Lean Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map existing business processes to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define process goals and requirements.
• Develop and implement process documentation and SOPs.
• Use Lean Six Sigma to detect bottlenecks and wastes.
• Lead workshops and projects to drive successful improvements.
• Monitor process performance with metrics and reports.
