Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• Minimum of five years of experience leading or supporting process improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures accurately and escalate issues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, organization, and time-management skills.
• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must hold an active or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and analytical support to improve organizational processes, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Support process improvement initiatives by assessing current operations, identifying inefficiencies, documenting workflows, developing metrics, and recommending practical, data-informed solutions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the division to gather requirements, validate workflows, and support implementation planning.
• Assist with change management, communication, and training materials related to approved process improvements.
• Maintain records, action trackers, and status updates for ongoing improvement initiatives.
