Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Process Maintenance Supervisor for the Goldstrike Roaster to lead, coach, and mentor a maintenance team. You will manage instrumentation and electrical activities and support plant operations with preventive maintenance, calibration, and safety programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and continuous improvement in a mining environment, with a focus on safety and reliability. On-site work in Carlin, NV is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience or 8 years' experience in process instrumentation in a mining environment preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Good written and oral communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Instrumentation and Electrical Department activities to ensure efficiency.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff and technicians.
• Develop and administer preventive maintenance programs and schedules.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and safety compliance.
