Job summary

Nevada Gold Mines is seeking a Process Maintenance General Supervisor at our Turquoise Ridge operation in Nevada. You will manage, coach, and mentor the Process Maintenance team, ensuring safety and reliability in all maintenance activities.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive maintenance experience, and the ability to read blueprints. You will optimize planning, budgets, and coordination with operations, purchasing, and outside vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten (10) years of verifiable and related maintenance experience.
• Five (5) years of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Experience in a planned maintenance environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Professional communication skills with various levels of employees both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent leadership skills with influencing abilities.
• Performance of crucial job functions.
• Team-based work skills.
• Proficient with basic computer software packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license.
• Dedication to developing and maintaining a safe work culture.

Responsibilities

• Support the objectives of Process Maintenance with the Process Maintenance Superintendent.
• Supervise the Process Maintenance supervisors and plan their career development.
• Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety, security, and environmental policies.
• Participate in maintenance planning processes.
• Ensure departmental condition monitoring and reliability objectives are met.
• Coordinate company policies and procedures.
• Support operational objectives by minimizing risks and improving value.
• Plan and schedule maintenance work.
• Maintain backlog and coordinate with supervisors and planners.
• Generate PMs and manage labor/material sources.
• Communicate with maintenance, operations, purchasing, and vendors.
• Develop and maintain expense budgets and forecasts for the team.
• Develop task lists, stock level reviews, and cost/equipment reports.
