Nevada Gold Mines is seeking an Underground Mobile Maintenance Front Line Supervisor at our Goldstrike operation near Carlin, NV. This role oversees the underground mobile maintenance workforce and ensures repairs and maintenance plans are executed safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in underground mining preferred.
• Three or more years in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• Two or more years in underground mobile maintenance required.
• Proven safe work record required.
• Strong computer skills preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Attention to detail with high accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision for the underground mobile maintenance workforce in the underground maintenance department.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance plans safely and productively while enforcing company policies.
• Support operational objectives by minimizing risk and maximizing value with focus on safety, quality and cost.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
