Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a results-focused Process Improvement Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across hospital operations. You will analyze processes, map value streams, apply Lean Six Sigma methods, and collaborate with executives and physicians to deliver measurable performance gains.

You will mentor staff in PI tools, manage multiple priorities, and communicate progress to stakeholders while traveling between local locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering, healthcare or business fields preferred.
• 2+ years of work experience in process improvement or project management; PMP preferred but not required.
• Capable of leading multiple projects, managing stakeholders, and communicating with executives.
