Job summary

X-Bow Systems seeks a Business Process Excellence Lead to architect and optimize operations across Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain. You will drive process discovery, map current and future workflows, and partner with IT to embed processes into ERP, planning, and inventory systems.

You will develop training, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with federal and defense regulations. A strong background in BPM, change management, and data-driven improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Active PROSCI Change Management certification.
• BPMI certification or equivalent.
• Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS).
• Experience with digital adoption tools (WalkMe, Whatfix).
• Deep understanding of financial planning/reporting and supply chain lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and scale business processes across Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain.
• Facilitate process discovery and map current/future-state workflows.
• Partner with IT to implement ERP, planning, reporting, procurement, and inventory systems.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs ensuring proficiency.
• Monitor processes for compliance with federal and defense regulations and maintain audit-readiness.
