Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline and 15+ years of experience in contract administration.
• Thorough understanding of contract principles, theories, concepts, and regulations.
• Extensive knowledge of FAR, DFARS, OTA, and other relevant regulations.
• Experience as Contracts Subject Matter Expert utilizing ERP system.

Responsibilities

• Support programs and functional areas in managing X-Bow Launch Systems/Spencer Composites contracts and proposal compliance.
• Support ERP implementation and related process improvements.
• Participate in cost and pricing reviews with BD, Contracts, Finance, and PM.
• Maintain and develop contract records, electronic and hard copy.
• Develop, negotiate, and manage complex contracts with government agencies and industry partners.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, OTA, and other regulations.
