Job summary

Howden US is seeking a Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Lead to design, document, and govern end-to-end operational processes and target operating model elements across the US Retail business. This role reports to the Head of Continuous Improvement & Change and acts as a hands-on process leader.

You will drive standardization, adoption, and governance, translating strategic priorities into clear, executable workflows while aligning with regulatory requirements and enabling scale

Qualifications

• Experience designing, documenting, and governing end-to-end operational processes.
• Knowledge of insurance brokerage operations and client service workflows.
• Ability to translate complex operations into clear, executable processes.
• Strong analytical and collaborative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and maintain end-to-end operational processes.
• Develop SOPs, process maps, RACI models, and handoffs.
• Ensure processes are scalable, repeatable, and compliant with regulations.
• Partner with leaders to simplify workflows and remove inefficiencies.
• Define KPIs and support measurement and reporting.
• Support audit readiness through documented, consistent processes.
