Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or related functions.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar credentials.
• Demonstrated ability to assess processes, identify pain points, and translate findings into action plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support initiatives within a portfolio of process improvement and optimization projects, initially focused on claims operations.
• Partner with operating company leaders and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive value.
• Conduct current-state assessments, interviews, data reviews, and process mapping across decentralized units.
• Facilitate value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving workshops.
• Develop future-state designs to improve quality, cycle time, productivity, and customer experience.
• Identify workflow automation, data quality improvements, and standardization opportunities.
• Prepare executive materials, charters, roadmaps, and ROI estimates for leadership decisions.
