Job summary

Siemens is offering a 12-week Process Excellence internship in the Electrification and Automation division, based in Wendell, NC. You will gain hands-on experience supporting power distribution processes and SHERPAX transformation efforts in a collaborative, impact-driven environment.

You’ll work full-time on-site, partnering with Process Excellence and Program Management to map and document processes, and to build a centralized content catalog.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field and nearing completion.
• Experience with process mapping, technical documentation, and process analysis.
• Must be able to work on-site full-time (40 hours/week) for 12 weeks during summer.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Enrollment must continue during the assignment; look for related programs if you complete early.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Process Excellence and Program Management to support process initiatives.
• Define, analyze, and map new and existing business processes.
• Create and maintain process documentation and maps.
• Support fit-gap analyses and SHERPAX transformation activities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to maintain a centralized process content catalog.
