Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions' Riverview facility is hiring an Operations Excellence/Continuous Improvement Engineer. You will own the Daily Management System across tiers, lead savings projects, and drive KPI governance with site leadership.

Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and Lean/Sigma expertise are essential. Role requires hands-on floor presence, cross-functional collaboration, and a bias for action within a high-mix pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and 3+ years in OE/CI or regulated manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience running Tier meetings or Daily Management System preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; Black Belt is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the design, rollout, daily cadence, and sustainment of the Riverview DMS across Tier 1, 2 and 3.
• Lead and track savings projects end to end; provide KPI updates to site leadership.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving using PDCA, A3, 5 Whys and value mapping.
