Piramal Pharma Solutions seeks an Operational Excellence Engineer at our Riverview site to lead the Daily Management System across all tiers, drive continuous improvement, and manage KPI ownership with the OE team.

You will lead savings projects, facilitate cross-functional problem solving, and report progress to site leadership, while supporting key initiatives such as SAP S4HANA migration and data-driven decision making.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with 3+ years of experience in operational excellence or GMP manufacturing.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt preferred; Black Belt is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills for updates to site and senior leadership.
• Experience with data visualization or dashboard tools is a plus.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Daily Management System across Tier 1-3, build and sustain visual boards and KPI ownership.
• Lead end-to-end savings and improvement projects with the OE team.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving using PDCA, A3, 5 Why, and value stream mapping.
• Produce monthly KPI reporting for leadership reviews and maintain data dashboards.
• Support SAP S/4HANA migration and other site initiatives as needed.
• Provide independent production support during off-hours and travel as required.
