Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Production Process Engineer to ensure equipment and processes operate at optimal levels at the Riverview facility. The role focuses on preventive and predictive maintenance, RCCM-driven improvements, and collaboration with maintenance and engineering to close change controls.

Responsibilities include documenting SOPs, calibrations, and qualification activities, while managing risks to safety, quality, and production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 3+ years of related experience.
• Proven ability in equipment reliability, maintenance, and process optimization.
• Familiarity with RCCM data and calibration/validation practices.

Responsibilities

• Assesses equipment reliability and implements improvements.
• Maintains system classification and operating/maintenance manuals.
• Ensures critical spares and performs risk-based analyses.
• Develops and implements preventive/predictive maintenance tasks.
• Supports autonomous maintenance and operator training.
• Reviews calibration docs and maintains SOPs for equipment.
• Drives risk analyses and Total Cost of Ownership calculations.
• Runs process improvement projects from design through implementation.
