Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/operations.
• Experience with production systems; scale-up manufacturing and Lean methods.
• Proficient in interviewing, training, and disciplinary actions.
• Strong data analysis and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; well-organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians and resources to meet production schedule, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Supervise ink manufacturing team and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Ensure procedures are followed and updates implemented.
• Develop scalability and workflow plans; initiate improvements.
• Lead problem-solving groups to address defects and production issues.
• Manage schedules, time off, and department allocation; mentor staff.
• Prepare production reports and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Enforce safety policies; implement 5S and housekeeping programs.
• Support flexible shifts and cross-area coverage as needed.
