Job summary
Crusoe is hiring a Manager of Process Engineering to lead a high-performing team that transforms engineered-to-order product data into production-ready MBOMs for power distribution equipment and data center builds. You will own MBOMs, drive CTB milestones, and partner on PLM system rollout across Engineering, Production, Procurement and Projects.
Your background should include 7+ years in manufacturing/process engineering with at least 2 years in people management, plus strong MBOM/ERP, data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
- 7+ years in manufacturing, industrial, or process engineering with 2+ years of people management.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of process engineers to high execution standards.
- Own the manufacturing build readiness, validation of processes and data before production.
- Take MBOM ownership, translate EBOMs into MBOMs aligned with production workflows.
