Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Manager of Process Engineering to lead a high-performing team responsible for transitioning engineered-to-order product data into production-ready manufacturing data. You will own MBOMs and drive CTB milestones, while partnering with PLM administrators to optimize the new PLM system.

The role requires expert technical foundations, ERP/PLM experience, and the ability to coordinate across Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Project teams in a safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience leading process engineering teams and coordinating across functions.
• Strong MBOM/EBOM to MBOM translation and PLM system familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing process engineering team.
• Own the manufacturing build readiness and CTB milestones for engineered-to-order products.
• Own MBOMs, ensure MBOMs align with production workflows.
• Provide guidance on reading fabrication drawings and electrical schematics.
• Partner with PLM administrators on system rollout and end-user training.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, Inventory, and Project teams to meet timelines.
