Job summary

Crusoe is seeking a Staff Enterprise Technology Administrator, Engineering Systems to own the PLM domain, CAD-PLM integration, and BOM governance. You will partner with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, and Accounting to translate manufacturing needs into reliable PLM solutions.

You will shape the multi-year PLM roadmaps, oversee change-management workflows, and ensure data quality across the platform as Crusoe scales manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems administration or PLM/engineering-data roles.
• 4+ years of hands-on PLM platform administration with platform strategy and integration design.
• Knowledge of BOM management, ECR/ECN/ECO processes, and EBOM/MBOM handoffs to ERP.
• Ability to translate engineering needs into reliable PLM/engineering-systems solutions.
• Strong communication to represent the platform to stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, production, procurement, inventory, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Administer the PLM platform end-to-end, including configuration, lifecycle states, and access controls.
• Own the item master and part-numbering framework within PLM.
• Configure and govern EBOM/MBOM structures and the EBOM-to-MBOM handoffs to ERP.
• Administer ECR/ECN/ECO workflows with routing and approvals.
• Own PLM-to-ERP integration, monitor sync health, and coordinate with ERP team.
• Own CAD data management and CAD-PLM integration, including check-in/out and released data control.
• Manage upgrades/patches and coordinate testing and promotions.
• Partner with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, and Accounting leadership.
• Identify process/config improvements to drive data quality and BOM accuracy.
• Manage the PLM ticket queue in Jira and enforce SLAs.
• Drive multi-year technology roadmap and platform modernization efforts.
• Mentor junior admins and share institutional knowledge.
• Monitor data quality and perform data cleansing when needed.
• Maintain PLM system documentation and develop training materials.
• Support onboarding and training for users to drive adoption.
