Job summary

Crusoe Energy Systems is seeking a Staff Enterprise PLM Administrator, Manufacturing Systems, to own the PLM domain across engineering data management, BOM governance, and ECR/ECN workflows. This senior, domain-ownership role partners with Engineering, Production, Procurement, Inventory, Quality, and ERP teams to deliver reliable PLM solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise systems administration, PLM or engineering-data roles.
• 4+ years administering a PLM platform (Teamcenter, Windchill, Arena, or similar).
• Strong BOM management and EBOM/MBOM experience.
• Experience integrating PLM with ERP and data handoff.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to lead multi-year technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Administer PLM end-to-end: configuration, lifecycle, licenses, access controls.
• Own item master and part-numbering framework within PLM.
• Govern EBOM/MBOM and EBOM-to-MBOM transformations.
• Manage ECR/ECN/ECO workflows and approvals.
• Maintain PLM-to-ERP integration and data models.
• Oversee CAD data management and CAD-to-PLM integration.
• Lead upgrades, testing, and promotions to production.
• Mentor junior admins and share knowledge across the team.
• Monitor data quality and perform data cleansing.
