Job summary

Matrix Design Group LLC is seeking a meticulous PLM Coordinator to manage BOMs and data across the product lifecycle. You will work with design, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure accuracy and alignment between PLM and ERP systems in a hands‑on, engineering‑driven environment.

The role reports to the Director of Engineering and is based at our Newburgh, IN home office. A strong background in engineering or manufacturing, and experience with BOM/PLM processes are

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining BOMs and PLM data across product lifecycles.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and ECOs.
• Familiarity with change management and documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with mechanical engineering to release new products and revisions in the PLM system.
• Maintain accurate PLM data with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams.
• Develop BOM structures from drawings and specifications.
• Ensure up‑to‑date documentation in PLM and ERP systems.
