Job summary
Syncreon International Group is seeking a Process Engineer in Fairburn, GA to drive performance and efficiency through Lean methods, line balancing, PFEP and value stream mapping. You will lead improvements, analyze work systems, and develop standards for flexible layouts across plant operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or OR with strong cost-saving focus.
- Experience in logistics/warehousing/manufacturing environments.
- Experience supporting warehousing contracts with engineering expertise.
- Hands-on experience with WMS/TMS/OMS/SCM and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Improve performance, productivity and efficiency using Lean methods.
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives at plant level with work studies.
- Develop headcount analysis tools and prepare reports for operations and IT.
- Evaluate capital equipment purchases and manage associated budgets.
- Collaborate with Operations, Facilities and Project Management to implement solutions.
