Job summary

Merrick & Company invites a college or graduate student to join our Summer Internship Program in Process/Chemical Engineering. The internship runs mid-May through mid-August 2027 in Greenwood Village, CO or Tulsa, OK, and offers hands-on experience on real client projects.

You will assist with P&ID drawings, process simulations, and engineering calculations, collaborate across teams, and gain exposure to project scheduling, budgeting, and client interfaces in a supportive, employee-owned

Qualifications

Graduation date after August 2027 to be eligible.
Currently enrolled and entering senior year of undergraduate degree or currently enrolled in grad school.
Pursuing an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
Eligible to work in the United States without Sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Gain technical experience in Process/Chemical engineering on real client projects (P&ID drawings, process simulation, and engineering calculations).
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and interface with clients and contractors.
Adhere to schedules and budgets while working independently.
Develop written and oral communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
