Qualifications

• Enrolled in university program pursuing engineering or related field.
• Interest in industrial engineering technologies with hands‑on learning focus.
• Ability to work a 40 hour summer schedule and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Cross-train through the department to learn hands‑on skills related to industrial/engineering technologies.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend cost saving opportunities by improving processes, quality and safety.
• Collaborate with the CMC Team on process improvement initiatives and projects.
• Prepare a presentation/report on an improvement project at internship end.
• Troubleshoot work-related problems using knowledge and communication with others.
• Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold the Safety Culture.
