Job summary

Ability to work a 40 hour summer schedule and take initiative.

Responsibilities

Cross-train through the department to learn hands‑on skills related to industrial/engineering technologies.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend cost saving opportunities by improving processes, quality and safety.
Collaborate with the CMC Team on process improvement initiatives and projects.
Prepare a presentation/report on an improvement project at internship end.
Troubleshoot work-related problems using knowledge and communication with others.
Participate in CMC Safety Programs and uphold the Safety Culture.
