Job summary

Nissan is seeking a Process Engineering Intern for our Decherd, TN team. You will work with seasoned engineers in a highly automated manufacturing setting to learn advanced engine production processes and manage projects that support operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergrad or graduate degree program in a related engineering field.
• Junior or Senior at the start of the upcoming term.
• GPA 3.0 or above; transcript required for verification.

Responsibilities

• Learn and support highly automated engine manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
• Develop project management skills through engineering initiatives and cross-functional work.
• Lead a department project from planning through execution and present findings to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement for quality, safety, productivity, and performance.
