Job summary

RippleMatch Inc. is seeking a Process Engineering Intern for Summer 2027 in Ada, Michigan. The role is onsite with Mondays through Thursdays required, and Fridays optionally remote.

You will partner with manufacturing teams to analyze processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions to boost efficiency, reduce waste, and improve reliability across production lines. Qualifications

• : Undergraduate students who will have completed their freshman, sophomore, or junior year by the start of the internship
• : Anticipated graduation between August 2027 and April 2030
• : Pay rate will be based on class year at program start, confirmed during recruitment
• : Proximity to Ada, MI onsite requirement with Monday-Thursday in-person reporting

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to identify optimization opportunities and improve productivity
• Support manufacturing improvement initiatives with data analysis and problem solving
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and cross-functional teams to implement solutions
• Evaluate cleaning cycles, changeovers, and other processes to reduce downtime and waste
• Explore automation and digital solutions to improve productivity and process consistency
