Job summary

Amway’s Digital Engineering team is seeking a Digital Engineer Intern for Summer 2027 in Ada, MI. The role focuses on application modernization and software development for manufacturing operations, offering ownership of projects and collaboration with engineers and business partners.

Interns will gather requirements, build solutions, and support continuous improvement across enterprise applications used globally. Onsite schedule is Monday-Thursday with Friday optional remote.

Qualifications

• Experience with object-oriented programming concepts.
• Exposure to C# and .NET through coursework, projects, internships, or personal development work.
• Basic SQL and database knowledge.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Support modernization and consolidation of manufacturing applications by migrating legacy systems; gather requirements and update functionality.
• Develop and enhance applications used on the manufacturing floor interfacing with devices and sensors.
• Gather requirements, develop solutions, and support continuous improvement across the portfolio.
• Take ownership of meaningful project work and gain hands-on experience with enterprise applications.
