Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to work safely in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills for data analysis and process improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication with cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to reduce material usage, improve efficiency, and lower costs.
• Track solvent consumption data to optimize cleanup procedures and minimize waste.
• Use statistical tools and data to set performance standards and drive improvements.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and metrics tracking initiatives.
• Assist development and implementation of new processes, operating procedures, and safety docs.
• Complete Lean Six Sigma Yellow or White Belt training.
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify exposure risks and improve safety.
• Gained hands-on EHS experience in a large-scale chemical facility.
• Develop dashboards and reports to improve communication and visibility.
