Job summary

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, parameter optimization, documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and data‑driven improvement projects. Eligible students must be enrolled in an engineering program with a 3.0 GPA and pursue

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in an engineering discipline.
• Accepted majors include Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (unrounded).

Responsibilities

• Technical Troubleshooting: work with complex process equipment to resolve issues affecting quality and performance.
• Parameter Optimization: develop deep process knowledge to improve parameters and reduce cycle times.
• Process Documentation: maintain standards, codes, and procedures to ensure stability and safety.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: partner with manufacturing and quality teams to drive improvements.
• Data Analysis: use engineering data and Lean Six Sigma to lead small projects.
