Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Gas Power Co-op/Intern in the United States. This program provides hands-on design, analysis and testing opportunities across turbine and generator systems.

You will receive mentorship from world-class technologists, work on real projects, and develop skills in systems, design, reliability and integration while prepping for a professional engineering career. 1–2 semesters left and a 3.0 GPA are required.

Qualifications

• Must have one to two semesters left prior to graduation and be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate or graduate program in engineering.
• Eligible majors include Aeronautical, Aerospace, Chemical, Electrical, Material Science and Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA and strong problem-solving, initiative and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new design concepts and design improvements.
• Work with drafting and manufacturing teams to solve complex manufacturing problems.
• Gain experience in systems, analysis, design, quality, reliability, digital and test in power generation.
