We are currently constructing the Lilly Medicines Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a startup team for a greenfield site. We are seeking engineers for Utilities and Environmental Control (ECU) to support this new facility. Responsibilities include managing gray and clean utilities, Tank Farm Operations, Air Emissions Systems, and Solvent Recovery Systems.
During the Project Delivery and Startup Phases (2025-2028), roles will be dynamic as we support project delivery, develop systems and processes for GMP operations, and build site culture. Collaboration, creativity, and resilience are essential as the site transitions from startup to operational.

Compensation for this position ranges from $64,500 to $167,200, depending on education, experience, skills, and location. Benefits include a 401(k), pension, medical/dental/vision coverage, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, leave benefits, and well-being programs. Lilly reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits policies.
