Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Process Engineer for its heavy industrial manufacturing sites in the Camden area. You will support process improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance, efficiency, and product quality, while analyzing operational data to identify opportunities to enhance production processes and reduce variability.
Collaborating with production, maintenance, and quality teams, you will troubleshoot challenges and implement practical solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or related Engineering discipline.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend actions.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities with a commitment to working effectively across teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality results.
Primarily based in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Frequent interaction with production equipment, operating areas, and plant personnel.
Combination of office-based analysis and field-based project work.
Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety standards.
Occasional travel may be required for training, project support, and development opportunities.
