Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a qualified engineer to support process improvement initiatives in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. You will analyze production data, identify opportunities to optimize plant performance, and collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical/Mechanical/Industrial/Materials) or related field.

Pay Range: $68,550.00 - $91,409.99

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support process improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance, efficiency, and product quality.

What Are We Looking For

Work Environment
  • Primarily based in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Frequent interaction with production equipment, operating areas, and plant personnel.
  • Combination of office‑based analysis and field‑based project work.
  • Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety standards.
  • Occasional travel may be required for training, project support, and development opportunities.
