Job summary

Heidelberg Materials US Cement LLC in New Jersey seeks a Process Engineer to drive plant performance improvements, analyze data, and collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to implement improvements. Qualifications

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support process improvement initiatives to optimize plant performance, efficiency, and product quality.

What Are We Looking For

Work Environment Primarily based in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. Frequent interaction with production equipment, operating areas, and plant personnel. Combination of office-based analysis and field-based project work. Use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety standards. Occasional travel may be required for training, project support, and development opportunities.
