Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America in Camden, NJ, is seeking a results-driven engineer to join our production optimization team. The role focuses on analyzing data, reducing variability, and collaborating with production, maintenance, and quality groups to troubleshoot issues and implement durable solutions in a heavy industrial manufacturing setting.

You will participate in safety and continuous improvement programs, gain hands-on training, and contribute to plant performance while growing

What You'll Be Doing

Work Environment

• Occasional travel may be required for training, project support, and development opportunities.
