Nexus Circular LLC in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join our Operations team. You will develop and implement production processes to improve productivity and quality, and drive efficiency across facilities.

You will collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams; create SOPs; design equipment changes; conduct root-cause analysis and apply SPC to monitor variables. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and at least five years of experience; Lean

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preference for Mechanical or Chemical).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing/production plant.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify improvements and optimize efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
• Collaborate with production, engineering and quality assurance teams to implement improvements and resolve issues.
• Develop and document SOPs for production processes and equipment.
• Design equipment modifications to improve performance and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Use SPC and data analysis to monitor process variables.
• Identify opportunities for automation and implement technologies to streamline processes.
• Ensure safety, health, and environmental regulations compliance in process design and implementation.
• Coordinate with vendors to evaluate and select equipment and materials for improvements.
