Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer/Project Manager to drive new product trials, plant start-ups, and line commissioning within the factory.

You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and adherence to quality and safety standards. The role emphasizes managing projects end-to-end, coordinating resources, and leading continuous improvements for efficient production and product quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Passion for engineering and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Aptitude for automated mechanical processes with good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate project scope, objectives and expectations with the project team.
• Identify resource requirements and escalate constraints.
• Build and manage the project schedule, define the critical path and track progress.
• Manage risk, issues and blockers; develop mitigation plans.
• Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and handovers to operations.
• Drive commissioning of new lines and ensure all equipment meets customer specs, quality and food safety.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between engineering and production to deliver ramp-up plans.
