Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream invites you to join a growing manufacturing and engineering team focused on launching new lines and optimizing complex ice cream production. You will lead cross-functional projects, coordinate startups, and ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery across the plant.

With a strong engineering background, you’ll work closely with engineering, operations, and corporate teams to drive continuous improvement, scale up new products, and deliver measurable business benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Experience in leading engineering projects, process improvements, and startup/commissioning activities.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project scope, objectives and timelines.
• Coordinate and execute commissioning of new production lines.
• Monitor budgets and resource requirements; track progress and report status.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, production, and corporate groups.
• Ensure equipment and processes meet quality, food safety, and customer specs.
• Support safety culture and maintain safety compliance in all activities.
