Job summary

Dreyer’s Grand Ice Cream, Inc., a leading dairy manufacturer, seeks a Facilities Supervisor to oversee daily operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and safety across our US facilities. You will manage plant waste programs, coordinate with contractors, and ensure GMP and environmental compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of facilities, maintenance, or operations supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CMMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations, including building systems, utilities, grounds, and common areas.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities with internal teams and external contractors.
• Maintain waste management records and oversee waste disposal and recycling activities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements.
