Job summary

Keysight is seeking a recent graduate for the Advanced Packaging Process Engineer role at our Santa Rosa, CA campus. You will contribute to developing next-generation SiP modules, work with CPI, DOE, and cross-functional teams to drive high yields and process control. Ideal candidates have MS/PhD in relevant fields or BS with hands-on semiconductor experience, and are willing to relocate to Santa Rosa.

Local candidates are preferred; U.S. export controls apply.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or relevant fields with semiconductor fabrication experience.
• BS graduates with relevant experimental research experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of next-generation SiP modules integrated with microwave/mmWave subsystems.
• Drive process control and stability using SPC and root-cause analysis.
• Define process flows, develop new processes, and drive CPI to maximize yield.
