Responsibilities

• Provide process and engineering support across all brands and partners to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end manufacturing optimization across the footprint and supplier network.
• Backstop quality systems, DoE, and data-driven validation for pilot to full-scale production.
• Collaborate with R&D to ensure scalability and production readiness of new products.
