Job summary

Medici Brands seeks a hands-on Process Engineer to provide cross-brand manufacturing optimization and engineering support. You will work with suppliers, manufacturers, and fulfillment partners to identify and implement improvements that boost quality and productivity.

Responsibilities include scaling lab processes to production, validating sites for readiness, and leading technology transfer with DoE-driven validation. Travel and equity opportunities are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• 4+ years experience in process design, scale-up, and manufacturing optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, applying first-principles thinking and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end process improvement across the manufacturing footprint.
• Manage and improve performance across the supplier and co-manufacturing network.
• Optimize production lines, capacity, and resource efficiency.
• Support quality systems, root-cause analysis, and OEE improvement initiatives.
