Job summary

Pave Talent and client are seeking a process engineer for a live production site on the East Coast. You will split time between keeping current processes safe, stable, and efficient, and scaling new products into production with cross-functional teams on Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, and R&D.

You will analyze process data, track key metrics, and drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and corrective actions while supporting new formulations and capacity expansions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on production support in a plant environment.
• Experience analyzing process data to drive yield, throughput and cost improvements.
• Strong root cause and corrective action capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for production to maintain safe, stable, and efficient operations.
• Analyze process data and track key metrics (yield, throughput, quality, reliability, cost).
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions through closure.
• Support new product scale-up with R&D and Quality, including change management and capital projects.
