Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in automotive plastics or polymer manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and quality management software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Improve existing manufacturing methods to increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs.
• Champion continuous production by driving process improvements in upstream equipment performance and standardized work instructions.
• Implement new technology to reduce line breakage.
• Increase output by 15–20% through new technology and equipment enhancements.
• Analyze operational data and perform root cause analysis to resolve bottlenecks and equipment failures.
• Assist and coordinate with departments during installation of new equipment.
• Ensure ISO/IATF 16949 QMS and ISO 14001 EMS requirements are met.
• Prepare data and reports for senior colleagues and management.
