You will train teams and ensure manufacturability under standards while collaborating across disciplines.

The role emphasizes guidance on best practices, equipment selection, and continuous improvement, within a diverse, global Plexus environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1+ years of related experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develops manufacturing solutions that are high-quality and cost-appropriate to meet customer requirements.
• Uses appropriate tools and equipment to perform work, including creation, analysis and verification.
• Maintains understanding of Plexus manufacturing processes and product specifications as they apply to the role.
• Executes responsibilities in accordance with Plexus manufacturing processes.
• Produces project documentation per quality and change management procedures.
